Retina Diagnostics

We at Nethraspandana are equipped with the advanced equipment to diagnose and treat retinal conditions. We have the following equipment

  • Indirect Ophthalmoscope (Heine-Germany)
  • Slit-Lamp Biomicroscope ( Labomed)
  • Fundus Photography – High Definition – Topcon, Japan
  • Spectral Domain Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT)- Topcon , JAPAN

Retina Lasers

Patients with retinal diseases due to diabetes / hypertension are treated with LightMed Green LASER(USA) with integrated Slit Lamp delivery.

We perform the Following LASER procedures

  • Pan-Retinal Photo-Coagulation (PRP)
  • Sector LASER
  • Focal LASER for Diabetic Retinopathy, Central Serous Retinopathy, PCV

We are also equipped with LASER Indirect Ophthalmoscope to perform Prophylactic Barrage LASER for peripheral lesions like retinal tears, retinal holes,Lattice Degeneration with hole.

Retinal Surgeries

Our Surgical equipment includes TOPCON microscope (Japan) with retinal wide angle viewing system (BIOM), High Speed Vitrectomy Machine, Endolaser (U S A)
